The editor-in-chief may use Turnitin for checking the originality of submissions received. A manuscript with more than 15% of similarity index (without reference) will not be accepted even though the similarity index might be from authors’ previous work (self-plagiarism). In addition, the corresponding author should not cite more than 3% from one source and that 3% should be dispersed all over the text.
